Shipping & Return Policy


***Due to COVID-19, please expect potential shipping delays beyond the standard USPS shipping schedule.

We currently only ship within the United States. All orders 65+ (before taxes) ship FREE in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) through USPS Standard Shipping. Order that totals less than $65 will assess a shipping rate as follows with USPS Standard 3-5 business day shipping:  

Please note that our shipping methods does not include our processing time. Once your payment has been finalized, your order will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days and a shipping confirmation will be emailed to include tracking information. 

It is important to ensure that your shipping address is accurate prior to submitting your order. We cannot take the responsibility of orders delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen. In the event you experience either of these instances, please contact the shipping carrier for further instructions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a Confirmation Email that will include your order tracking information. You will then be able to see the status of your order until its arrival. You can also click here for quick access to your purchased orders in My Account.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can always access your "My Addresses" account to update your profile information. 


Thank you for purchasing our products and we’re confident that you’re going to love our lip essentials and parting with them, well let’s just say, we’d miss having your sassy smile in the HBC family.  Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges in an effort to maintain the integrity of our products, restocking, and the safety of our customers.


Harmony Blue Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged, packages. If you experience either of these issues, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and provide your tracking details or visit for instructions of how to file a claim. USPS will process your details to confirm your package was lost, stolen or damaged to proceed with a claim for your package with USPS.
