Shipping & Return Policy


Thank you for purchasing our products and we’re confident that you’re going to love our lip essentials and parting with them, well let’s just say, we’d miss having your sassy smile in the HBC family.  Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges in an effort to maintain the integrity of our products, restocking, and the safety of our customers. If you receive a damaged item, please email within 24-hours with a picture of the damaged item and the packaging slip. ***If the packing slip is not included within your email, we cannot issue a STORE CREDIT for the items that were damaged in your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved a store credit will be issued for the damaged items only.


We currently only ship within the United States. All orders 40+ ship for FREE (before taxes) (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) through USPS Standard Shipping. Order that total less than $40 will assess a shipping rate as follows with USPS Standard 1-3 business day shipping:  Please note that our shipping methods does not include our processing time. Once your payment has been finalized, your order will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business and a shipping confirmation will be emailed to include tracking information. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate prior to submitting your order. We cannot take the responsibility of orders delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen. In the event you experience either o f these instances, please contact the shipping carrier for further instructions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped (usually within 1-3 of your order) you will receive a of  Confirmation Email that will include your order tracking information. You will then be able to see the status of your order until its arrival. You can also click here for quick access to your purchased orders in My Account .

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can always access your My Addresses account to update your profile information.
